If you request an account link, we process your email address, a hashed one-time login token, and limited security metadata. After sign-in, a hashed server-side session is stored for up to 30 days. If you sign in and choose “Save to account”, the birth details, birthplace label and calculated chart snapshot are stored until you delete that chart. If membership checkout becomes available and you subscribe, BaziRoute stores the Creem customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan, status, amount, currency and current billing period. Full payment-card details remain with Creem.
How it will be used
To authenticate your account, protect the service from abuse and prepare saved profiles and reports. Unsaved calculator results are not added to your account. Personal data will not be sold. Creem processes payment methods, applicable tax, invoices, refunds and billing-portal actions as Merchant of Record.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time, which revokes the server-side session. Signed-in users can download a machine-readable export of account, profile, chart, AI usage and session metadata. Individual saved charts and the entire account can be permanently deleted. Account deletion requires typed confirmation and is blocked while a usable membership remains, so the Creem billing relationship can be handled first. Backup deletion is still required before paid launch. Personal account pages, chart pages and AI conversations are excluded from search indexing.
